LEARNING EXPERIENCE

GIRLS WHO CODE: Summer Immersion Program

1. Learned p5.js
2. Learnt about developing a tech career and about STEM from the partner engagement with Morgan Stanley 2 International
3. Designed a final game project on “What hope means to you”.

The main skills I learned from this program were – how to create games in p5.js using Replit; How games could reflect on various social, personal, and political issues while being fun at the same time. It also prepared me for my further interaction with people in the world by developing in me the confidence to portray myself in a dignified and professional form. They prepared us for interviews for college and jobs.

LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE

June 2023- Present- DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY, PROJECT NEUROVA: At Project Neurova, we believe in the power of psychology to break down walls, dissolve taboos and stigmatized ideas, and create awareness. Our work covers a range of topics from mental and physical health to general lifestyle, aiming to shape young people’s mindsets and provide a safe space for them to discuss and gain knowledge without judgment. My role includes
1. Spearheading the Tech department, overseeing the construction and management of the website
2. Working with the Marketing Team and Multimedia coordinators to manage social accounts
3. Ideating with the tech team to build and keep our website updated.


Apr 2023-June 2023 Campus Ambassador Intern, International Model United Nation: Inculcate awareness of the growth brought about by Model United Nations in school students. This internship helped in developing diplomacy, leadership, and public speaking while promoting and educating peers on the importance and relevance of IMUN conferences and events.
